Arugula Salad

Dressing:

• 2 tbsp Olive oil

• 2 tbsp Lemon juice

• 1 tsp Honey

Mix all together and season with salt and pepper

Toss 4 cups augula with dressing and top with shaved parmesan cheese. Add toasted pine nuts for extra crunch.
