Egg Salad

 
 
  • 4-6 eggs

  • Mayo

  • Dijon Mustard

  • Pepper

  • Salt

OPTIONAL:

  • Rosemary

  • Dill

  • Green Onions

  1. Place eggs in a pot of water with lid on, and bring to a rolling boil.

  2. When comes to a boil turn off heat and let cool.

  3. Place eggs in a bowl of ice water

    (makes it easier to peel shells)

  4. Peel shells off eggs and slice with egg slicer.

  5. Mix sliced egg with mayo, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. For additional flavor add chopped rosemary or green onion or dill.
