Ricotta Toast

 
 
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 slices brioche

  • 2/3 cup ricotta

  • 6 tbsp jam- raspberry/ strawberry/ blueberry

  • salt

 
  1. Spread butter on both sides of bread and toast on a cast iron skillet, placing a weight on top (smaller skillet or ramekin), flip and toast other side.

  2. Spread ricotta on toasted bread, pour jam on top, pinch of salt on top.
