Ricotta Toast
2 tbsp butter
2 slices brioche
2/3 cup ricotta
6 tbsp jam- raspberry/ strawberry/ blueberry
salt
Spread butter on both sides of bread and toast on a cast iron skillet, placing a weight on top (smaller skillet or ramekin), flip and toast other side.
Spread ricotta on toasted bread, pour jam on top, pinch of salt on top.
