Pan- Fried Tofu
1 tbsp olive oil
1 green onion, thinly sliced
4 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp. red chili flakes
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp sugar
Mix green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, sesame seeds and sugar.
Place tofu on a plate and pour sauce on top. Serve with rice.
