Miso Salmon

 
 
  • 1/2 cup white miso paste

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 3 tablespoons sake

  • 3 tablespoons mirin

  • 4 (6- to 8-ounce) skin-on salmon fillets

  • Lemon wedges

  1. Mix miso, sugar, sake, mirin.

  2. Place salmon in a shallow dish, pour mixture on top and let marinate for a day.

  3. Broil (or grill, or panfry) salmon until golden.

  4. Drizzle with lemon and serve.
