Pickled Jalapeno

 
 
  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 8 jalapeños, sliced

  1. Bring vinegar, water, sugar, salt to a boil.

  2. Add in garlic and jalapeños and remove from heat.

  3. COOL and store in a glass jar.

Less sugar = more spice

More sugar = less spice
