Rosemary Shortbread

 
 
  • 1 and 1/4 sticks butter

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 and 2/3 cups flour

  • 2 tbsp chopped rosemary

  • salt pinch

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, mix all ingredients together and press into a round baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, until light brown.
