Yogurt Pancakes
¾ cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
¼ cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled; plus more for cooking)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tps baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Mix everything together
Heat butter in a pan and ladle in batter.
Flip when pancake starts to bubble.
Serve with honey/ maple syrup/ jam
