Yogurt Pancakes

 
 
  • ¾ cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled; plus more for cooking)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tps baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  1. Mix everything together

  2. Heat butter in a pan and ladle in batter.

  3. Flip when pancake starts to bubble.

  4. Serve with honey/ maple syrup/ jam
