Granola
2 3/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup coconut chips
pinch of kosher salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup light brown sugar
nuts/ seeds/ dried fruit/ whatever toppings added
Preheat oven to 350
Mix salt, oats, coconut, nuts (dry ingredients)
In a saucepan, add syrup, oil, brown sugar. Heat on low until sugar is dissolved.
Mix with dry ingredients.
Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread ingriedents on baking sheet.
Bake until dry and golden
