Granola

 
 
  • 2 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup coconut chips

  • pinch of kosher salt

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar

  • nuts/ seeds/ dried fruit/ whatever toppings added

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix salt, oats, coconut, nuts (dry ingredients)

  3. In a saucepan, add syrup, oil, brown sugar. Heat on low until sugar is dissolved.

  4. Mix with dry ingredients.

  5. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread ingriedents on baking sheet.

  6. Bake until dry and golden
